"How am I supposed to review photos?"
I only saw the descriptions and photos, so I can’t review the actual order or the plants. It’s frustrating that I’m even being asked to rate something I haven’t really experienced. I’m not going to invent some fake complaint just to fill out a review.

"Pretty underwhelming selection"
I was browsing buceplant.com hoping to pick out a few different plants, but the selection felt thin. A lot of the things I was interested in were either out of stock or just not listed at all. It kind of gave me the impression they hadn’t restocked in a while, though maybe I just checked at a bad time. Either way, it wasn’t really worth the time for me.

"I opened the box thinking, okay, here we..."
I opened the box thinking, okay, here we go, can’t wait to see my new plants… and then I realized they weren’t even the ones I ordered. Definitely disappointing. I was really looking forward to the specific plants I picked, so getting something different was frustrating

"Plant showed up dead"
My plant arrived pretty much dead, and when I looked into getting a refund, the policy made it feel about impossible. Really frustrating experience, not cool.

"Save your time and skip this one"
Save your time. My plants arrived loose in the package, the box was crushed, and everything was wet when I opened it. Really disappointing packaging for live plants, and not what I expected at all.

"Took Me a Bit to Get Through"
I was just trying to place a simple order and at first I thought maybe I was overthinking it, because the site looked fine and had what I needed. I clicked around for a while, went back and forth between a couple sections, and eventually found what I was looking for, but the menus weren’t super clear. By the time I got to checkout, that ended up being another hassle too, with a few steps kind of getting in the way more than they needed to

"Plants melted and algae took over"
I was disappointed with these. The plants started melting really fast, and before long there was algae everywhere. I’ve had aquarium plants before, so seeing them go downhill that quickly was frustrating, that part was weird. Overall, not a great experience for me.

"A little disappointed this time"
I’ve ordered from Buceplant before and usually really like them, which is why this one was kind of a letdown. The plants I received were much smaller than I expected and not very full, mostly just a few tiny stems and leaves. For the price, I was hoping they’d be a bit more grown in. Maybe I just got an unlucky batch, and I still want to like Buceplant, but opening the box was disappointing.

"Plants arrived in rough shape"
i was disappointed when my plants showed up. They looked stressed, with some leaves melted, and the packaging didn’t seem like it was enough to protect them from the weather. For the price, I really expected better care during shipping. Not too happy with this order

"Most Didn’t Make It"
I acclimated them the same way I usually do, but within about a week most of them had melted away and only one survived. I get that plants can be sensitive, but common sense says they should last longer than that if they arrive healthy and are handled properly. I reached out to support, but it didn’t really help much, so it felt like I just wasted my money

"Snails Took Over Everything"
I could not believe how many snails and pests were everywhere. Like, I expected maybe a few here and there, but this felt like they had fully moved in and claimed the place as their own. It was so frustrating and kind of ruined the whole experience for me.

"Had to chase them for updates"
I had to chase them just to get basic tracking info. I emailed twice and still didn’t get any clear update, which was frustrating. A simple tracking number shouldn’t be this hard to get.

"Customer service took way too long"
Umm, I contacted customer service about my order and it took way too long to get an actual answer from someone. I tried following up, but it felt like my messages were being ignored, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I really wish they were faster and clearer with their responses.

"I ordered a few plants, and..."
I ordered a few plants, and at least one of them definitely wasn’t the species it was listed as. The tag said one thing, but once I looked closer, it was clear it didn’t match. Kind of frustrating when you’re choosing plants for a specific reason and end up with a little surprise instead.

"A little too expensive for me"
I really did want to like this shop, and I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but the prices felt high for what I actually got. Once shipping was added, it just didn’t feel worth it anymore. I ended up finding similar plants and supplies for less somewhere else, so I probably won’t be ordering again.

"Shipping Took Too Long"
My order took way longer to arrive than I expected, which was frustrating. From the updates I got, it kind of felt like shipping just wasn’t much of a priority. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve the delivery time.

"Arrived in bad shape"
Got it and the leaves were basically melted. Roots looked rotten too. Disappointing.

"Shipping made it feel not worth it"
I was all set to order a few plants, but once I saw the shipping cost, I changed my mind. It pushed the total way higher than I expected, it just didn’t feel like a good deal anymore. I can see it maybe making sense if you’re placing a big order, but for a smaller one, the value just wasn’t there for me.

"Works When It Wants To"
I checked out buceplant hoping to grab a few rare plants, but it felt like the site only works when it wants to. Most of the plants I was actually looking for were out of stock, and after checking back a few different times, it was still the same thing, just page after page of sold-out stuff. Frustrating when that’s the whole reason I went there in the first place. I ended up ordering from another site instead. Not really worth the time for me.
